About This Sacred Month
Purushottam Maas — also called Adhik Maas or Mal Maas — is an intercalary month in the Hindu lunisolar calendar, occurring once every three years. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu (Purushottama), this month is supremely auspicious for performing yagnas, havans, kathas, and charitable acts. The Radha Krishna Temple of North Carolina invites the entire community to partake in these sacred events and receive the boundless blessings of this divine month.
